My name is Manisha Sudera, founder of Regis Interiors, a full-service interior design consultancy dedicated to creating spaces that are both timeless and functional. At Regis, we believe that great design begins with truly understanding the people who call a space home. Passionate about creating beautiful yet functional spaces, our mission is to design with intention, ensuring every room feels timeless, comfortable and perfectly tailored to those who live in it.

Interior Design & Fit Outs
Our interior design, four-stage process ensures clarity and collaboration at every step:

Connect – A Visit to Your Space: We get to know you, your style, your needs and how you want your space to feel.

Inspire – The Moodboard: We share a visual direction capturing the vibe, colours, textures and overall aesthetic. This helps us make sure we’re aligned before moving in to the details.

Design – Design Development & Budget: Next we prepare a room board for each space- complete with samples, finishes, fixtures and fittings. You’ll review everything and sign off before we move forward.

Deliver – The Full Fit-Out: Should you wish, we’ll manage the entire fit-out process, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
Home Staging
Our home staging process involves:

Property Assessment- We visit the property to understand its key selling points, layout, target market and any areas that need enhancement. This stage helps us identify what buyers will notice first and how to make the home feel inviting.

Staging Strategy- We develop a tailored staging plan, including furniture placement, colour schemes, accessories and lighting. This ensures each space highlights its strengths and creates a welcoming, aspirational feel.

Implementation- We bring the staging plan to life, sourcing furniture, décor and finishing touches. Every detail is designed to create a cohesive, appealing environment that maximises the home’s visual impact.

Final Touches & Photography- The property is prepared for viewings or professional photography, ensuring it looks polished and market-ready. We provide guidance for maintaining the staged look throughout the selling process.
